However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations — and we’re here to make things right.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must not be part of a sale, clearance, or customized order, as these items are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Altered or customized suits

  • Accessories or innerwear (if applicable)

  • Discounted or sale items

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return or replace an item, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and any supporting images (if applicable).

  3. Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm whether your product qualifies for return or replacement.

  4. You will receive return shipping details or a pickup arrangement, depending on your location.

Inspection and Approval Process

After we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Once approved, we will notify you via email or SMS.

If the return is approved:
A replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer an alternate product or store credit.

If the return is rejected:
The product will be sent back to your original delivery address, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Replacement Delivery Timeline

For approved returns, Nazzo Creations will deliver the replacement product within 5–7 business days after approval confirmation.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability, but we strive to ensure prompt service for every valued customer.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If you are eligible for a refund (instead of a replacement), the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return approval.
Please note:

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear images or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation will not be possible; however, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return.

  • Nazzo Creations is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
